Return Policy

1.1 As our products are perishable, returns are not accepted once delivery has been completed and accepted by the Customer.

1.2 The Customer is required to cross-check each item while the delivery person is still present at the delivery location. Any requests for replacement, return, or refund must be made while the delivery person is still on-site. Once the delivery person leaves the designated location, Freshentic will not entertain any claims from the Customer.

1.3 Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Delivered items are damaged or defective (e.g., expired, inedible, or physically damaged).
  • Delivered items are incomplete (e.g., missing products).
  • Delivered items are incorrect (e.g., wrong product or quantity).

1.4 Certain items labeled as non-returnable on the site are not eligible for return.

1.5 Items eligible for return must be unused and in their original packaging.

1.6 If the returned items do not meet these criteria, Freshentic reserves the right to deny the refund request.

Refund Policy
1.7 If the Customer can demonstrate that an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, they may refuse to accept the delivery and request a refund if pre-payment has been made. This applies only if the Customer has no fault in the matter.

1.8 For “cash on delivery” orders, no refund applies, as no prior payment was made.

1.9 If a pre-paid item is out of stock, Freshentic will offer replacement options within a similar price range. If the Customer declines the replacements, the order will be canceled, and the refund process will begin.

1.10 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 working days of initiating the refund process, though additional time may be needed in exceptional cases.

1.11 The refund amount will not exceed the original payment amount made by the Customer.
